Our first visit to Inaka Japanese Restaurant in Caledon Village was a heartening experience. The place, though small in size, exudes a comforting and intimate ambiance that makes dining there a distinct pleasure. The seating area added to the charm of the place, making it feel cozy and personal. It’s the kind of setting that encourages close conversations while enjoying your meal. In terms of the food, the sushi and sashimi were clearly made with fresh ingredients, a testimony to their dedication towards maintaining quality. Although the presentation was basic, it in no way detracted from the taste of the dishes. While we did not receive a guided tour through the menu, the staff were polite and the service was prompt. It would have been helpful to get more insights into the dishes, but the quality of the food and the overall experience more than compensated for it. In conclusion, Inaka Japanese Restaurant offered us a satisfying introduction to their take on Japanese cuisine. It’s a great spot for casual dining in Caledon Village and we’re looking forward to returning for more of their sushi.
