India in Every Bite truly lives up to its name. The food feels homemade, fresh, and full of real flavour, like comforting Indian cooking made with care. The curries are well-spiced and balanced and the portions are generous, making it great value for the price. There is a nice variety from street food favourites like chole bhature and pani puri to classic rice dishes and thalis. The food is consistent and customizable which really shows in the experience. Shout out to Sonali (owner) she was amazing and so responsive and kind. 10/10 service from her Like any place, not every dish will be the same for everyone, but overall the positives stand out much more than any negatives. It is a solid go to for Indian food in Moncton, especially if you are looking for comforting, flavourful meals that feel like home cooked food. Definitely worth trying if you have not yet.
