The chapatis were so thick and heavy - like eating thick dough, not soft or properly cooked at all. Then I tried the chicken tikka — it was unbelievably sweet! It tastes like they poured 2 or 3 kilos of sugar into the marinade, no proper spice or flavour whatsoever, just pure sugar overload. Even the gobi aloo was terrible - tasteless, oily, and basically rubbish. Total disaster from start to finish. I will never come back and I strongly advise everyone else to stay far away! Save your cash and your appetite - go somewhere else. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Ordered starter, main, rice and naan via Hartlepool eats. Very disappointed as used to always use Indian cottage, but all of this food was vile and inedible and of it looked fresh. Worst bhaji I’ve had, Tikka Massala sauce was awful and the meat inside the keema naan looked off. Wouldn’t normally write such a review but this isn’t a one off tried their food a few weeks ago and it’s was as bad, but because they used to be so good assumed it was a one off and tried again. Will not make that mistake again Food: 1 Service: 3
