I ordered food from Indian Ocean Restaurant, and I made a mistake by forgetting to request disposable cutlery. I called the restaurant and explained that I was staying at a hotel and didn’t have any cutlery. They immediately said, “No worries,” and brought me disposable cutlery along with a complimentary sweet. Their customer service is truly outstanding. They genuinely care about their customers and make you feel valued. What impressed me even more was how quickly they arrived. They delivered the cutlery before my food got cold. Their service is absolutely amazing! I highly recommend ordering from Indian Ocean Restaurant. The food is next level—absolutely delicious. Trust me, you’ll love it. A special thank you to Mr. Sam for speaking with me on the phone and personally making sure I received everything I needed. Thank you so much for your kindness and excellent service!
