First time ordered from them, even called them to make sure everything tastes good which i was gonna order. But exact happened which I feared of. Tiny smelly pavs with extra oily yuccky bhaji. Vada Pav tasted stale & sent me a naan ( burnt Naan ) for no reason. Didn't followed the instructions ehich were not only mentioned but were told on phone as well before placing the order. What's the point of having a business then if carry Low Standards. As a new customer, my experience was too bad that I would never return as a customer to you guys. Trust me never. Not only that, called twice before ordering & no one picked up my call then after 5 mins got a return call. Even on call staff was yapping & laughing distracted with no interest with the person on call. Train your staff & level up ur quality. I saw it on Instagram & so thought of ordering from so called indian spice but sorry I made a big mistake. Horrible horrible experience. Packaging was so bad that oil was literally dripping out of boxes which made a real chaos in the kitchen.
