I have shopped here when in Brighton since the 70s and always buy Infinity products when I can. Their vision is even more relevant today than it was in the past. If you want to eat delicious, nutritious and sustainable food, Infinity foods are for you.

Love the items in this place, great variety of everything and great fresh produce. More on the expensive side but you get what you pay for! Honestly the only reason why my review is low is because the lady serving me on the tills was just rude. I have had the community card for awhile now as a loyal customer. That day I had forgotten my card at home so I asked if she could add my points manually. She answered “no you can take the receipt and input it on the app, we are trying to get people to download it”. Its honestly a shame, upon reading other reviews, it seems like some staff are really the only issue about this shop. I work in hospitality and honestly this just wouldnt happen in a restaurant.

The security guard in the shop, on Saturday 6 June 2026, racially profiled me. He followed me around and would not stop looking at me, despite there being lots of other people in the shop. I was the only Black person in the space. As a Black woman in a predominantly white, middle class space, I found this degrading and unacceptable. No customer should be made to feel singled out and scrutinised because of the colour of their skin.
