We enjoyed our stay in the hotel with few minor disappointments. First good things: 1. hotel location is great right in the middle of the island. You can easily hike run the whole island. 2. Breakfast was great, however there is a room for improvement specially not repeating exactly same items everyday. 3. Hotel was overall very clean and the surroundings like the rooftop, corridor, parking space was good. Things we didn't like: 1. Room service was really poor. They didn't make our room. We stayed for 3 nights. We did put the DND sign to green. Still it didn't help. Maybe we have to explicitly ask for it. Even in that case they should tell us during check-in. 2. With the cost towards higher end, a complementary water bottle and a cattle is expected. Rest everything was fine. Service: 2

We had a lovely stay, except for when we went to breakfast. The head waitress was so rude when we went to a table. Instead of say “Good morning, could you possibly sit at one of these tables” she in a rude manner said you cannot sit there, you can sit over there. And when we approached her about her tone she was very dismissive. Like move on you wasting my time.. Service: 1
