Lovely atmosphere, a great selection of wines and a friendly owner. Let down slightly by some pricey small plates (£11 for leeks, £8 for some potatoes) and a service charge that was added, without giving us the bill to look at. Only realised this after we left.

Hi Richard, thanks for taking the time to leave a review. We're sorry you felt the small plates were overpriced. We work with organic small producers and source the best ingredients available and always look to price our plates fairly to reflect that as well as the labour that has gone into making everything for our diners from scratch in our kitchen. Isca is my absolute favourite place in Manchester. All the cakes are delicious, the food is super tasty and innovative and the staff are next to non amazing. I’ve loved every trip to Isca. The deli item section is great my favourite being the maple dressing made in house. Most importantly they haven’t strayed away from their values of quality seasonal organic produce. Each item has thought out and executed perfectly (the house kombucha you must try if you haven’t). Today my son and I shared the most delicious carrot cake. Thank you x

The food is excellent and all the beverages are refreshing and not too sweet! The atmosphere in ISCA is really welcoming, the music is always on point and the customer service is great as all the staff are kind and helpful. My favourite dishes have got to be the pasta dish and sticky toffee pudding.
