I think as a buisness that the level of customer service is absolutely shocking the disgraceful way they speak to customers, attitude and hanging up the phone!! Absolutely disgraceful!! A situation that could have been rectified calm and professionally wasn’t due to the lack of customer service and communication skills!! Honestly phone put down on us 3 times absolute disgrace. Sort it out and act like a professional business. Customers shouldn't get abuse for phoning about an issue with food due to the incompetence of your staff!!
