Had a lovely visit to Itsu today and have to give a special shoutout to John and Ariadna! John went out of his way to help with my halal chicken enquiry, sorted me out with extra soy sauce, and even helped me set up my membership. Both of them were so warm, friendly, and efficient without ever feeling rushed. The whole experience was really relaxed and it's clear they genuinely care about the people coming in. Will definitely be back! Meal type: Dinner Price per person: £10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
