I don't know where to begin, but the food was absolutely heavenly. Every dish caught me by suprise. You could really taste the high quality of all the ingredients. Amazing alcohol-free options and the service from lovi (i really hope i spelled your name correct) was superb. Price per person: €100+

I wanted to bring my client to Jaja because I’ve always been used to a great experience but we left mid dinner with such a bad one. We are both very fond of natural wine and we pick bottles by the producer. We asked for two/three bottles in a row and the waiter went in and out searching without success and this took so long that we already were almost at the end of our meal (we were basically missing two dishes and we were still not having a bottle on the table). We asked to stop serving the rest of the food as we were quite disappointed. I’m leaving two stars because the waiter did all his best to support us but it’s very BAD that the owner of the restaurant doesn’t care nor making sure having in-house wine experts able to keep standards up. Please Jaja don’t underestimate that and don’t put people in the conditions we all had to go through yesterday. Price per person: €30–40 Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

Went yesterday with a friend because of the amazing wine list they supposedly have. Ordered food (which is solid) and a bottle of wine. The waiter (not the sommelier, but someone who was supposed to replace him) disappeared for 20 mins and came back empty handed. He told us he didn’t find the wine. Ok. We ordered another bottle. Another 20 mins go by and he comes back again empty handed telling us they changed the cellar and he couldn’t find the wines. In the meantime we almost finished our meal. I asked him if we could try with another bottle, but he made me understand he might not find it. This was surreal. I am a big wine passionate and I go to hundreds of restaurants/wine bars and this never happened to me ever. The poor guy clearly has no responsibility, he also tried to call the owner, but he never answered the phone. The responsibility is clearly of the owner who should hire someone and train him so he can find a bottle when a client asks. We told them to not bring the last two dishes and we left without being able to consume a bottle of wine. Absurd. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4
