I ordered chicken chow mein from this restaurant yesterday evening. Shortly afterwards, I became ill with symptoms consistent with food poisoning, including severe stomach cramps and repeated watery diarrhoea. The food also had a strong and strange smell, which made me concerned about its freshness. This was a very unpleasant experience, and I definitely won’t be ordering from here again. I hope the restaurant takes food safety and quality control seriously to prevent this happening to other customers. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: £1–10 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I'm giving one star on the food because it was a tiny portion , hardly any sauce and was luke warm when it arrived, we have used jade garden for years , we are so disappointed in this takeaway, the prices have gone up substantially and the portions have got smaller. We now won't be using jade garden again. RESPONSE TO OWNER I've seen others here on this review complain about the food and portions being small , you need to do better ! We won't be using your takeaway again so you have lost customers and will keep losing customers, we understand food has gone up in price but it definitely should not effect the quality and portion size .
