We order frequently from here, so was pretty disappointed at the food we recieved this evening. $125 order and I just went through the McDonald's drive thru to buy chicken nuggets because the Chicken balls and Chicken Soo Gai were so overcooked. I was happy to come in to have the food replaced but the woman on the phone was less than friendly sounding about it and hanging up without a goodbye is rude. We won’t be back. Today attended Jade with my family. I had the sweet and sour pineapple chicken, steam rice, and chow mein. And the dishes were absolutely amazing, very fresh and delicious. Great portions and great service, and everything tasted incredible. I would highly recommend the Jade Chinese Cuisine.
