This place has really gone down hill unfortunately. The food is bland and the chicken wings include every part of the wing making parts inedible. Will not be returning. Staff are lovely though Food: 1 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3

I regularly frequent this bar and restaurant the food is always delicious the staff always friendly polite and courteous to me i wanted to give 5 stars for my visit put could only give it 1 star on this occasion as sadly i had to witness the owners daughter chastise two mature customers telling them to get out of the shop if they couldnt keep their voices down,i was totally shocked and disgusted at the way she spoke to them they are seasoned regulars and they were also shocked at the way she spoke to them too, especially in the owners absence this kind of attitude is a sure way to lose good custom if i didnt like Jam Rock so much i wouldnt bother going back ,if it was her on front of house you wouldnt have any customers..A lesson in good manners and customer service wldnt go a miss.very disappointed.
