Spectacular gluten free wedding cake! Laura made our wedding cake in October and it was unreal! We had a different cake maker originally as part of our package at Cornhill Castle but I was disheartened after a conversation where they said “we wouldn’t do the whole cake gluten free as it doesn’t taste nice”Not what a coeliac bride wants to hear. After telling Cornhill about this they put us on to Jappacakes and I’m so glad they did! Laura sent us a lovely box of gluten free samples to taste. I couldn’t believe the choice and they were all so delicious, it was difficult to choose what we wanted! Laura was so kind and accommodating through the whole planning process and really helped bring our vision to life! The cake was so beautiful and sooooo yum! The ratio of icing to sponge was 10/10, flavours 10/10 and it looked 10/10! Wish we could have it again! I would 100% recommend Jappacakes to anyone for their cake, normal or gluten free! Thank you Laura!

We would highly recommend Laura and team at Jappacakes! Our wedding cake was absolutely stunning and delicious, it was everything we had ever dreamed of and more! All of guests commented on how delicious the cake was too. The whole booking process was easy and communication was excellent. Nothing was too much of a hassle for Laura and she travelled to Loch Lomond to deliver the cake on our wedding morning. Thank you so much, Mr & Mrs Watt. 17.5.25
