I visited this restaurant for the first time with my friend, and unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing. After placing our order, we had to wait around one hour for the food to arrive. During that entire time, we were not even offered water or anything else. When the food finally arrived, there wasn’t even a spoon, and one of the naan breads was still undercooked. To make matters worse, when we went to pay, the bill was calculated incorrectly. We had to point out the mistake ourselves before receiving the correct change. Overall, the environment was unpleasant and the service was very poor. The staff should have been much more responsible and attentive. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I would not recommend this restaurant. Ordered from Jashan about an hour ago, my food tastes delicious and the portion is quite generous! I was starting to get disappointed in the waiting times for my order as I had a fear the food would get cold, which is no fault of the restaurant, but thankfully they take good care of people ! All my food was packed up in a container wrapped with foil. The food came was steaming! Thank you for your good customer service :) Food: 5 Service: 5
