Looks a lovely pub from the outside always keep meaning to pop in but when you pull up on the carpark to a member staff shouting at you from above the pub balcony you can’t park here it’s a private carpark not really the response you like with the intention of using the establishment going in for a drink and a light bite. Certainly won’t be returning

Don’t know if we we went in on an off night last night but got served by quite possibly the rudest barmaid (a quite elderly lady) we’ve ever come across when ordering a drink. Absolutely no social skills whatsoever!!! She might have been busy (as it was very busy) but no need to be so rude and ignorant to your customers. Was hoping this would be one of our go to places but will give it a miss from now on if that’s how they serve customers
