I asked for 2 child lunches - I was given 1 plate with a cheese roll and 1 plate with a ham roll - I had to go back and get the drinks from another shelf, I had to ask her for the crisps, I had to ask again for fruit. I asked for a brie and cranberry sandwich for myself - which was cut in half and heated without asking me or telling me. The girl went to get me pots of tea, and another completely different member of staff turned up and asked me what I wanted, and stood there expecting to ring up my list. When I suggested that perhaps he serves the next person in the queue as a girl was already getting me tea - the look on his face !! The service was excruciatingly slow. The tables had black and yellow tape on them. The NOISE from the drinks display fridge was so loud.
It was appalling
But worst of all is that they DON'T ACCEPT CASH. Had I known this when I entered I would not have given them my custom.
I will not use this cafe again!
