Love Filipino food. But spicy chicken is ssooooo much spicy that I cough after eating. I love spicy food but that is super duper hot. I hope the management see my review. Please have an option of medium hot or lessen the spice level a bit. Your spicy chicken level is super High.

Not my first time at Jollibee, and it’s always consistent. The chicken was crispy and juicy, the gravy never disappoints, and the place was clean and well kept. The staff are always smiling and welcoming, which makes the experience even better. I’ll definitely be back again! Price per person: CA$40–50 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Always a slow service. Ordered for pick up to avoid a wait time and a long line. Had a promise time of 7:30pm, arrived to the store and it was a mess. They had no system implemented whatsoever! Mixed up order numbers and buzzers! The food was on the landing table waiting to be served. I got my order at 8:03pm! Literally lost the purpose of ordering ahead.
