We had a warm welcome at the Jolly Angler after a long day of walking. Our room was comfortable and clean and really good value. We enjoyed our dinners which were homemade and good sized portions. The substantial breakfast fuelled us for the next day of walking. Recommended! Service: 5

We stayed here on the Dales Way. Friendly service and great chips and sticky toffee pudding. It's not trying to be Michelin star pretty, so don't expect that. Home cooked breakfast was great too. Rooms were rustic but had everything we needed. Service: 5

Stopped at the Jolly Anglers Inn while walking the Dales Way. It's a great little spot - comfortable, super welcoming and the food was exactly what we needed after a long day of walking. The rooms were comfortable (which was impressive with three of us in one room!) and the breakfast the next morning set us up just right for the final leg of the trek the next day. Service: 5
