NOT SAFE FOR YOUNG WOMEN!!!! Another commenter mentions this but the OWNER of the bar barged aggressively into the women’s bathroom and opened the door of her stall (no locks on any stalls btw) to which she slammed shut. He claims he heard people were screwing in the bathroom but there were just us three girls in there, only one of us using the washroom. They are lucky we didn’t call the police. Do NOT go to this bar, it was dead when we arrived anyway lol. Also, my friend posted a similar review which they have hidden now as I can’t see it. This whole incident was also captured on video as well.

This bar is absolutely incredible, including the atmosphere and the service. The bartenders are fantastic and know how to keep your night positive and fun! Whether you’re looking to party on the weekend or just stop in for a couple drinks during the week, this is the place to be. A great addition that was needed to the downtown strip. Loving and respectful place, along with the people who truly bring the entire place together. Always feel extremely safe and welcomed by everyone involved. Have celebrated multiple birthdays there and it never fails! Planned a surprise party there, the owners were absolutely fantastic during the entire process and allowed me to set up balloons and decorations for a good night out. In love with Joywave so come on out and join the Wave fam. Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I go here regularly it’s an amazing place with amazing people. The music is an amazing mix of everything and the deals on drinks Ou lala can’t get enough:) can’t wait to go back in Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
