I'm always a bit leery when ordering for the first time from a pizza joint. The pizza I received was decent, and actually a bit better than I'd anticipated. The dough was a bit soggy, but not enough to ruin my enjoyment of it. Will order again - no complaints. Meal type: Other Price per person: $30–40

Pizza is good. Been an hour and a half and we still don't have our delivery tho. May have to bail on the order, my kids are done waiting... Update 06/06/26: the manager came to my house unannounced cause I wasn't answering his phone calls. He apologized and offered me a regular pepperoni pizza (valued at approximatly $20). When they originally delivered the pizza, because the driver wasn't sure how to operate the debit device, they could only offer a 5 dollar discount... Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $50–60 Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

I ordered a small pepperoni pizza and a medium J's House Special. I am told that a new staff member took the order did the pizzas. There was very little sauce on the base of the pizzas and very few toppings on the pizzas. The pizzas basically had no taste, just doughy. I discussed this with the manager and he reviewed the new employee's work and then made me two new pizzas that looked and tasted like the ones we had been ordering for the last 10+ years. We were loyal customers and usually ordered for 2 people monthly consistently and at times for as high as 17 people. I had previously rated the food at 5 stars over the last 10 years but am deducting a star for this particular order. If the orders in the future come out as good and consistently as the manager's pizza's did today in the future, I will adjust my rating back to a 5. I am hoping this is not the start of policy of "shrinkflation" by scrimping on toppings. The manager was at least open to trying to make this terrible order right and up to the standard that J's has had over the last several years. That is why I did not drop my rating from 5 to 1 star. If you experience a problem with your orders in the future, contact the manager of the J's pizza shop. Food: 4 Service: 4
