I recently dined at an Ju-Raku restaurant, and it was an unforgettable experience! The ambiance was warm and inviting, and each course was expertly curated by the skilled chef, showcasing the freshest ingredients. Every bite was a delightful surprise, from melt-in-your-mouth sashimi to perfectly seasoned nigiri. The chef’s explanations added to the experience, and the service was impeccable. Had a great dinner at Ju-Raku recently. The food quality was excellent and they have many Japanese dishes that are very hard to find in Toronto. The Kinmedai sashimi was super fresh and sweet. The uni was rich and creamy, and the otoro was amazing. The oysters were also very fresh. One of my favourite dishes was the grilled fish fin, which is not something you can easily find in other Japanese restaurants. The mentaiko chicken skewers were also very tasty. I was also impressed by their sake selection. They have many premium Japanese sake that you don’t usually see outside Japan, and it was nice to try something different from the usual sake available in most restaurants. The service was excellent as well. The staff were very friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable about both the food and sake. They took the time to explain the dishes and gave good recommendations, which made the whole dining experience even better. The restaurant has a comfortable atmosphere and is a good place for both special occasions and casual dinners. If you enjoy authentic Japanese food, fresh seafood, rare Japanese dishes, and good sake, I highly recommend Ju-Raku. Definitely one of my favourite Japanese restaurants in Toronto.
