The food had no taste and was far from authentic mala. The flavors were bland and lacked the signature numbing and spicy kick that mala dishes are known for. Overall, it was very disappointing. On top of that, the service was poor—staff seemed inattentive and unhelpful, which made the whole experience even worse. I had an amazing experience at Yanji Malatang! The food was absolutely delicious — every bite was packed with rich, authentic flavor.
