My husband and I visited on August bank holiday Sunday and were pleasantly surprised. The service was very good, all the waiting staff were attentive and friendly. I like how they all have iPads to take orders which speeds up the service. We ordered khebabs and akonfem for starters and it was generous and very tasty. For mains waakye and fried yam with grilled Tilapia, again, this came out very quickly and the portion size was generous. It was a lovely experience as I was bracing myself to get frustrated with delays and poor customer service but experienced the total opposite - thanks Julinest, keep up the good work. Challenging area to park. The council need to support access to local restaurants by reducing the parking limit to 5pm. The service was good but the food did not arrive in good time and come to the table together. The food was enjoyed by all present. Visited this restaurant for the first time today 2 May(bank Holiday).
The deco is warm and cosy.
The staff paid attention to detail and polite.
My order took about 15mins for it to be served to us.
I had kebab with suya pepper. This was well made. The kebab portion were twice as much as I expected for the price. Meat was tender and very tasty.
My main menu was fufu and green soup for my husband and mixed palm and groundnut soup for me.
Taste was superb. Traditional home cooking.
The portions were of a good size. I must say the variety of assorted meat and fish was enough also of great portions.
I enjoyed my meal outgoing
Thanks to Julienest.
Will definitely go back again with some friends.
Much appreciated
A good place to take your guest and not be disappointed.
