My friend and I came to Julio’s a few days ago for taco Tuesday. The vibe here is always great! They have great food, great atmosphere, and amazing staff. We had Jules as our server and she was fantastic! She recommend the “Bullini” bull dog to us and it was fantastic! I will definitely be coming back and requesting her! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Got to say not the best first experience, food was delicious service was not really there from start to finish. Upon entering the restaurant there are two waitresses chatting for about 5~ minutes before we were seated never greeted once just brought to a table. When we did sit down though we were checked on immediately by a waitress she grabbed our drink orders as well as an appetizer order asking if we had decided on any mains yet to which we were not quite ready. Drinks came right away an appetizers were quick as well being delivered by a second waitress. Well trying the appetizers we decided what our mains would be but we didn't see our waitress again for about another 10 minutes at which point another waitress the one that delivered our appetizers not the main one came by and asked if we were done with our menus I said yes thinking she was going to get our mains written down but she ended up just taking the menus and leaving. Having to wait a while longer our main waitress came and checked on us grabbing our main dishes. Food was great enjoyed our time for about the 45 minutes we were seated though this point we're sort of wrapping up kind of looking around because we haven't seen our waitress for about 20 minutes. I had to ask another waitress where she went and if we could get the bill. To which point they asked me if I've seen her. The waitress I asked then asks one of the bartenders to try and find her, they were unable to find her and had to call her phone to get her back to give us our bill. After the call it was about another 5 minutes which we do see, her come out but she proceeds to check on another table she wasn't helping and talk to them for a short time, which the bartender vet called her phone watched happen proceeded to look over at us in a slightly "yikes" what kind of face. Then she brought us our bill. I would have been able to excuse not keeping up with every customer if it were busy but at this point in the day it really was manageable especially with all the staff that was on. Again I'll probably be back because the food was delicious but it was a very disappointing first encounter with this place. I wish I brought cash just to be able to tip the bar and the kitchen. As the wait staff working with us that night did not deserve it. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $30–40

First time visiting the new location, and I was impressed by the renovations. The space is much larger than the old location, and the atmosphere was great. The service was excellent, and the drinks were good as well. Unfortunately, the food was disappointing. I ordered the chicken enchiladas, and they were burnt and lacked flavor. The rice tasted old, and the portion size was quite small. It was honestly the worst meal I've had there. My daughter ordered the chicken quesadilla, which was also burnt, but she didn't mention it until after we had left. Another disappointment was that chips were no longer included as an appetizer, which was a nice touch at the previous location. Overall, the new restaurant looks fantastic and has a great vibe, but the food quality seems to have declined significantly. I may come back for drinks and the atmosphere, but not for the food unless things improve. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: CA$20–30
