We ordered from Kebab King for the first time tonight and unfortunately we won’t be ordering again. We only placed a small, simple order, nothing complicated, and were told the wait time would be around 35 minutes. In the end, we waited 1 hour and 15 minutes, which is more than double what we were quoted. What made it worse was that we received no updates at all during the delay, even though they had our phone number and could have easily let us know. When the food finally arrived, it was cold, and the chips were stale, like they’d been sitting around for a while. Overall it was really disappointing, especially after such a long wait. Sadly, the whole experience was a let-down and we won’t be returning. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
