Service soo fast and accurate I would like to visit this store again. No I served very fast and friendly. I don’t know how to use screen for ordering I asked them to help me, very talented and understanding. Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to formally complain about an incident I witnessed at your KFC branch located at Addlestone Station Road yesterday, on , at approximately 17:23.[Date e.g. 9 October 2026] Incident Details: One of your female staff members behaved extremely rudely towards a delivery rider. The rider was simply doing his job - collecting a delivery order as quickly as possible. He was calm, polite, and did nothing to provoke such behaviour. However, your lady staff member: 1. Ignored the rider deliberately 2. Spoke to him in a very rude and disrespectful manner 3. Told him to cancel the order even though it was already prepared 4. Snatched the accepted order from his hand Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
