Had a great experience at KFC! The staff were really friendly and welcoming, especially Carys, who provided excellent customer service. She was polite, efficient, and made sure everything was sorted quickly. The food was fresh, hot, and exactly what I ordered. Overall, a really positive visit and I’ll definitely be coming back. Stopped in with my grandson for a kfc and we sat down. And my grandson wanted some ketchup as they do and so I told him to ask the young lady at the counter and she couldn't of been more helpful and nice thanks Carys keep up the good work. Made my grandsons day.

Once again they manage to leave out items that we've paid for. Nearly £40 for a takeaway meal and you get less than you pay for. Tried KFC care squad (who didnt seem to care) and got cut off. Definitely NOT recommended and wont be going back Meal type: Dinner Price per person: £10–20 Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
