I came to KFC for lunch and went through drive thru. Had 2 people in front of me. After getting to the window to pay I was asked to wait at the front (told about 5 mins) for my order to be prepared. Other people waiting behind me got there orders before me and I waited over 15 for them to make 1 chicken tender wrap. This is not acceptable Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I haven't had a good experience at the KFC in Angus, ON which is terrible as KFC is my favourite fast food restaurant. I decided to give them another chance since banning them in Oct 2024. I have recently gone there twice this month, September. The first time I ordered was twister wrap meal that I went through the drive thru. Thank goodness I checked my meal before driving home as the fries were cold. I had to park and go inside requesting a normal meal. Two weeks later I ordered a poutine with the gravy on the side. I parked to eat and once again the fries were cold. I'm not sure if they do this because they think the gravy is hot that they're going to get away with it. I was fuming as this is not acceptable. I couldn't even go inside to KFC to complain because I was so upset. Its not that hard to make fresh food daily. Its literally your job. Your ONLY job! Zero stars as this is a continuing issue....
