I am extremely disappointed with the consistently poor experience I receive at this KFC branch. Almost every time I visit, my order is incorrect in some way — missing items, wrong meals, or incorrect sides. It has become frustratingly common and shows a serious lack of attention to detail from staff. The portion sizes are also very poor and nowhere near acceptable for the prices being charged. Meals often look rushed and half-filled, making the overall value for money terrible compared to what customers expect from KFC. The photos attached are the portions received. It’s baneful. To make matters worse, the drive-through service is consistently awful. Staff regularly seem uninterested, communication is poor, and waiting times are unreasonable even when the restaurant is not particularly busy. Customer service standards are clearly lacking. I would strongly suggest management review staff training, quality control, and customer service standards at this branch because the current experience is simply not good enough. As a returning customer, I expect much better consistency and professionalism. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: £20–30 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Awful! The young girl who took my order was very helpful, but the chicken was only warm, & rock hard, obviously very overcooked or been sat for a while, so we won’t be going there again! I gave an extra star as the drink was very cold:)
