Unprofessional manager. Ordered at the self-service machine at KFC. Paid extra for two Pickle Pepsi Max drinks, only to be told at collection they were out of stock — something that should’ve been checked before opening. Asked for a refund of the difference and the manager seemed reluctant. Initially only given part of the refund, then eventually got the full 90p — but in cash, despite paying by card, and they refused to refund it properly to my card. Also, the “Pickle Edition” burgers looked nothing like the advertised product. Overall poor experience, especially the handling of a simple refund. Not what you expect under basic consumer standards.
