Food is nice but not sure its safe to eat in, the whole place is in need of a good clean. We had to ask for a table to be cleaned and they came with a dripping wet cloth and just brushed it over the surface. The chairs are full of food the floor is manky with food and drink all over. Don't think I will eat here again to be honest. Very dissapointing for such a big food chain Meal type: Other Price per person: £20–30 Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

Ordered a bargain bucket with chicken strips, the chips were stone cold and dry, the chicken was cold and rubbery, hardly any batter on the chicken, zinger burger wasnt in a box just chucked in the bag, gravey was cold and runny, like water, didnt recieve the 2 bottles of drinks that i ordered and paid for, all the food was unedible and went straight in the bin, what a waste of £30..i tried calling no one picks up the phone.This is the worst KFC i have ever had, i will not come here again or recommend. I should of looked at the reviews before i ordered. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: £20–30 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Simple order via drive thru for two three piece chicken meals....absolutely no idea...couldn't even remember fries. Tried calling but the number just cut off after 5 minutes. Get your act together Burnley KFC . You need to do better...
