The ice machine isn't working still,at least 3 weeks now,area manager is responsible but doesn't seem bothered, even In all that heat!! Young girl serving, petite with glasses was very polite. Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3

Front staff ignored me didn't acknowledge me. Wanted to change my order slightly but didn't, Train your staff better being in front of customers as well. Sat for a while just hearing staff members complain about there being an order come through. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: £30–40 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
