Well that was disappointing. Ordered the 9 pc special that came with fries and gravy. Out of the 9 pcs there was only one piece of white meat 4 drumsticks and 4 thighs all of which were overly greasy. The fries were good! Crispy and well salted to our liking. The gravy was terrible! Almost as it was watered down. Had no flavour and quite watery. Not thick and flavourful like it should be. Not sure if I will be back. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: CA$30–40 Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3 Recommended dishes: Fries, Gravy, Macaroni Salad

Today I got a bucket of dry rubbed chickin! This place is so inconsistent, inefficient and not sure if they care about quality either. We seldom buy chicken from this location but made another mistake today. I want my money back!!! Meal type: Lunch Price per person: CA$20–30 Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

Not sure how people give this place 5 stars Placed an online order on Friday, when I got there to pick up the food they said they were out of plum sauce and asked which other sauce I wanted. Brought the food home and we were missing our drinks and all of our sandwiches/wraps didn’t have lettuce on them. So it was just chicken and a ton of Mayo. I called the location and asked where the lettuce was and they said they were out and not getting their delivery until the next day. If I knew there would have been no lettuce I wouldn’t have ordered there as I don’t want just a sandwich and mayo and pay $60 for our family especially when they didn’t give us our drinks either. They told me that I would get a refund but I have not received it. Every time I order from this location there is something always wrong with the orders or I’m waiting over an hour for a pick up order. I don’t understand how this location is still in business or how this franchisee still has this location. KFC needs to step in and fix this location in a bad way!!!
