Visited today with friends. Two of us ordered Fillet Tower Burgers plus fries. Within 2 mins of starting to eat, both burgers were stone cold and inedible because of this. Went to the desk but was told it was too late to complain due to having eaten part of the meal. This is the third visit in the last two months with problems of cold food. It may be the last chance for me sadly. Won't be back!! Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

Incompetent and young staff and are doing to many tasked at once and who don't know what they are doing or listen to customers who place it orders through the drive through and get them wrong when you drive round to pay and have to tell them again. Typical fast food restaurant with drive through. As an elderly customer I find the remote ordering consoles irritating. Counter service is provided but I felt like a nuisance.good parking area with blue badge spaces.
