Whoever is preparing the food needs retrained as I’ve never had a KFC meal like it, i ordered the zínger Tower meal and it was smothered with tomato sauce, the hash brown was saturated in it as well. The portions of fries were also small and the chicken gravy was well watered down. The place was busy and we had to wait 30 minutes on our order, loads of people waiting on orders, more staff needed and properly trained. Waste of money, I hope the other people we spoke to write feedback as well, the cashier Humaira was constantly working her way through orders and was polite but could have done with help. Please don’t bother to reply with the standard apology you cut and paste, you need to up your standards! Coleraine KFC is the worst I’ve ever visited!! Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 1

My wife placed an order for a bucket of meat today, she didn't get the fries, she went back a second time, he didn't complete the order, they still had some complaints, a few weeks ago we bought chickens and they came with pieces of feathers, I won't buy food there anymore and I don't recommend buying there
