Have tried this kfc a few times and won’t be back. Let’s start with the pros. Their are none. The staff all seem clueless. Literally don’t have a clue about customer service. Then you wait at least half an hour for half your order cos they never give you the full thing til you remind them stuff is missing. If your reali lucky, you’ll get the rest before the first half is ate due to starvation. And the food isn’t even nice when you get it. Trained chimps could possibly be an improvement. The staff aren’t even apologetic about the constant mix ups either. I’ve been to loads of KFC’s over the country and this is by far the worst. I’m surprised they haven’t closed down before now. Would give it a 0 but wouldn’t let me

Will never be back - KFC get your act together! Ordered 1 kids meal, went to pay - £12, 3 times they got it wrong for 1 child’s meal! Staff either need to be retrained, waken up or maybe both! It’s very evident something is wrong when it’s empty at 5pm on a Saturday evening! Owners actually acknowledge the complaints & be proactive in fixing them
