This was one of the worst KFC experiences I’ve had. I’m writing this review while still sitting in the restaurant. The washrooms were unacceptable. One was dirty, had no paper towels, and the hot water was so hot that it actually burned my hand. The second washroom was locked. When I informed the staff, they showed no concern and didn’t even have a key to unlock it. I ordered my meal for dine-in, but it was prepared as a takeout order. When I pointed out the mistake, the staff simply handed me a bare tray with no tray liner and no napkins, then placed the packaged food on it. There was no apology and no attempt to provide proper dine-in service. What disappointed me the most was the attitude of the staff. They seemed completely indifferent to customers and showed no interest in resolving even basic issues. The owner or franchise manager should seriously evaluate the team working at this location. Cleanliness, customer service, and basic operational standards are far below what people expect from KFC. Unless significant changes are made, I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone. I had a really good experience at KFC today. The team member were very friendly, patient, and respectful while taking my order. Harjot provided us excellent customer service and made sure everything was correct. It’s always nice to see someone working with such a positive attitude. Thank you for the great service! The employee taking my order accidentally charged me for three burgers when I had only ordered two. Mistakes happen, and I approached the situation politely and respectfully because I understand that everyone makes errors from time to time. Unfortunately, when I brought the issue to the manager’s attention, I felt I was treated unfairly. Rather than discussing the situation professionally, I was accused of being dishonest and was met with a level of hostility that I found surprising and unnecessary. When I asked for the manager’s name, I was told she was the manager but that she would not provide her name. I rarely leave negative reviews, but the way this situation was handled left me very disappointed. Customer service should involve listening to concerns respectfully, especially when a customer is simply trying to resolve a billing mistake. I have shared my experience online and was surprised to hear from others who reported similar concerns about this location. I hope management takes these issues seriously and works to improve how customers are treated in the future. Price per person: $20–30 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
