I have been to this place many times but went recently again and was accused of stealing and not paying for the food. I waited over 18 minutes for them to call for my food as other people collected theirs who had came after me.When I came to him and asked him about it he then proceed to say there was no order number of my food and asked me to show them my bank transaction history and I did show them I paid 10.99. he then accused me of saying I didn’t pay for anything because I didn’t have a receipt however when I pressed print a receipt on the self checkout till it didn’t print one. however I had memorised the number.After five minutes of him accusing me, telling me i left the shop and came back and saying he was going to check the cameras and accusing me of getting someone else take the food, a lady then brought my food from the back and said oh this is my food.He proceeded to laugh in my face and did not apologies and just kept telling me next time have your receipt?!! I told him I asked for a printed receipt but it didn’t give me one. He did not give me apology and continued smiling while I’m nearly tears and obviously by then the food has been out for 10 minutes and was so cold and the chips were mashed all over the box. It was a horrible experience and the guy is a terrible worker. Places also very unhygienic everytime i go. Price per person: £10–20 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I mean it's KFC, you get cheap fried chicken to fill you up, they have self serve kiosks which helps and you can pay cash or card here. Food is usually received in good time but the cleanliness is a bit of an issue here... They do have a lot more seating upstairs but again dirt and rubbish that isn't taken away from the tables isnt ideal. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: £1–10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3 Vegetarian offerings: Vegetarian menu or section
