Was in today at 2:30. Floor and tables were completely disgusting.
Staff every uninterested when we explained the floor was actually slippery with grease
We even told people outside not to go in

Disgusting establishment Wait at counter over 10 minutes for staff to notice you then have a staff member spill a drink over you and not even so much as an apology, have to cut day short to go home and change clothes But its ok because when you complain you get the bog standard ( we're sorry but what can we do ) How about employing staff who do their jobs and when a mistake is made they own it and apologise themselves, maybe even offer the customer the spilled juice on something to wipe themselves down with, or heres a new one maybe even train them in customer service and common sense

Walked in to the newly refurbished restaurant thought how nice it looked ordered our meal for myself and my two children very disappointed to find cold chips so took them back was told it would be a couple of mins for hot chips then went back after 5 mins to be given not hot ones but ones that had been laid out for another order pretty poor I would say don't think I'll be back in the kfc at camper down in Dundee anyway
