Bardzo miła atmosfera tego lokalu i dobra obsługa mówi mi, że ta sieć raczej nie zawodzi. Niestety z tego co się dowiedziałem, od kilkunastu dni nie działa im maszyna do tak zwanych " kraszerów". Życzę wszystkim takiej miłej obsługi. Polecam ....

Shame on you, Manager. It is 22:14, 30.05.2026. Is this what you call a box meal that costs over £12????? This KFC was bad, then it got better, and now it's even worse than before. Never order from there again. Shame that you, the manager, and your staff put such a bad mark on something that was meant to be really good food. Ordered two Zinger burger meals, not enough, both of them are small, one of them, the meat is about the size of the base of a Coke can and salad.... shocking, You are lucky, I had been at work all day and I can't be asked to visit your joke of a restaurant in person to return both meals. Carry on like that and I am sure customers will turn their back on your fast food and find somewhere nice to order the food from. Kind regards and have a good night. Price per person: £20–30

- Disrespectful manager (a large man) working during the shift. - Waited nearly 30 minutes just for the gravy. - I paid over £50 for my meal, yet received poor worse service. The manager told me it was not his job to explain to customers about the mix of chicken pieces. I was given what looked like leftover small chicken pieces instead. He seems doesn't want his job. Heard he's shouting staff inside. - After ordering from the kiosk and spending over £50, I politely asked a staff member if they could include at least two breast pieces in my order (I ordered a Wicked Bucket and other items). She agreed and informed the kitchen staff. - When I received the order, I checked the bucket and it looked like leftover, low-quality chicken that seemed to have been sitting for hours. It contained five very small pieces (mostly wings and legs) and one thigh. I was then told there were no chicken breast pieces available. - This should have been communicated to me earlier, when the counter staff informed the kitchen. If I had known there were no breast pieces available, I would have cancelled the bucket and chosen fillets instead. - I hope the CCTV cameras are working properly so you can review how the restaurant was being managed and whether KFC standards were followed during business hours. - I strongly suggest reviewing the CCTV footage to see how this manager was handling the restaurant and treating customers. Disgusting service directly from the manager itself? Is this the way you train your managers to handle customers concerns? Meal type: Dinner Price per person: £50–60 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
