had a very bad experience with the team working the night shift 12 am . I waited 20 minutes for my order(just popcorn chicken), and the communication from the staff was disrespectful and unprofessional. I hope this issue can be addressed to improve the customer experience. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Less than pleased that they force you to use the kiosks unless you're paying with cash. What if I don't want to use a kiosk? Napkins, forks, straws, everything you should be able to help yourself to is behind the counter. I don't come around often, but this time will be the last. I tried using a coupon and was told I was not allowed, so I ordered my food regularly. They said it would be 4 minutes for the onion rings, it took more than 20 and they were very burnt. On top of this, there were fries all over the floor, a woman asleep on the table to my right picking her barefoot toes, no communication whatsoever from the staff. Ridiculously unclean, messy, and unprofessional. Is this really what the food service industry has come to? Arguably, this is easily the worst KFC in the entirety of the city.
