Visited KFC today at around 12:00–12:30pm and had a fantastic experience. My food was spot on, fresh and exactly as expected. Unfortunately, I forgot to catch the young gentleman’s name, but he was extremely polite and professional. He brought the food to the table, asked if we needed any condiments, and throughout our visit he was constantly checking on customers to make sure everyone was happy with their meals. What really stood out was how attentive he was. He was clearing and cleaning tables as soon as customers left, keeping the restaurant looking spotless while still making time to provide excellent customer service. I genuinely wish every KFC had staff members like him. He is a real credit to the company and absolutely deserves a pay rise and recognition for the outstanding job he’s doing. The service was amazing they greeted us as soon as we walked in but the food was dry and chewy and had put me off kfc for a bit I suggest Arbroath instead Meal type: Lunch Price per person: £10–20 Food: 2 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 1

Food was awful, chicken was wet tried to eat it but managed quarter of it before giving up. Told member of staff who did say sorry but hardly looked at it or said anything else. Even when getting food brought to table wasn't asked if need anything else etc very poor to say the least Meal type: Other Price per person: £10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
