We ordered online from KFC and honestly the whole experience was a mess from start to finish. We placed a pretty simple order: Zinger-style burger. Nothing complicated. But what showed up didn’t match what we ordered at all. One item had everything on it when it was supposed to have nothing on it., and the other burger had no sauce whatsoever (on the spicy zinger burger) even though that was clearly requested. It felt like the order was either ignored or mixed up somewhere in their system. When we tried to sort it out, we were told it was “ordered wrong” on our end, but that doesn’t really line up with what we actually selected. It felt more like a breakdown between the ordering system and the kitchen rather than a customer mistake. Everything we asked for was pretty standard, so it was frustrating to be blamed for it. Overall, the food itself might have been fine if it had been made correctly, but the order accuracy and the response from staff really ruined the experience. It didn’t feel reliable, and that’s kind of the main thing you expect from a fast-food order in the first place. Price per person: $10–20

Had a great experience at KFC! The chicken was perfectly crispy on the outside and super juicy on the inside, with that signature flavor that never disappoints. Every bite felt fresh and well-seasoned. The sides were just as good—fries were hot and crispy, and the coleslaw added a nice refreshing balance. The service was quick and friendly, and the overall atmosphere was clean and comfortable. Overall, KFC delivered exactly what I was craving. Definitely a go-to spot for delicious fried chicken! I placed an online pickup order, and everything was prepared exactly on time. The packaging was neat, with no spills, and all the requested sauces were included. I really appreciated that the staff double-checked my order before giving it to me. The chicken was juicy, and the tacos were generously filled without being messy or soggy like at some other places. Great work, team—keep it up! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
