Staff on service hatch had a face like a sour kipper. We asked for serviettes for our takeaway food. She scrumpled them up and literally threw them at us. Worst KFC we have ever been to, and we have visited many. No need to say, WE WONT BE BACK. Food: 2 Service: 1

Firstly, the staff aren't nasty, but they sure don't care to greet you or smile when you go to order. The food is sometimes so overcooked it is dry and hard and can't be eaten. Even when it's 'fresh' it tastes like the cheapest cuts of chicken possible. The price is ridiculous. Our Greek restaurant will do you a chicken souvlaki and a drink for about £18. KFC is not far off that price but the food is junk compared to the freshly cooked Greek stuff. I made the mistake of going to the toilet in the Hartlepool branch: It was in the most disgusting state I have ever seen a public toilet in. The walls and floor were soiled, toilet paper all over the floor, and some of it had been used. The stench of the unflushed toilets was overpowering and it wasn't possible to avoid the wet stains on the floor so I walked out. I'm not being dramatic when I say it was a health risk. It's only my third visit to a KFC and I will never, ever go back. Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1

Ordered the trilogy box meal through just eat and left a note for the burger to be plain due to being allergic to mayonnaise. When the food arrived I checked the burger to make sure that it was plain and low and behold the bottom was covered in, needless to say it went in the bin. The staff really need to pay attention to what the customer puts in the notes as ignoring it can be life or death. Contacted just eat about it only to get a email back now saying that they are not going to refund the price of that meal, so now £13.49 down the drain Meal type: Lunch Price per person: £20–30 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
