I wish there was an option for zero Stars. Worst experience ever. I genuinely regret every second I spent in this KFC. I walked in craving something greasy and familiar, and instead I left traumatised, broke, and questioning my life choices. The “chicken” they served me wasn’t chicken. It was some sad, pale, rubbery substance that had the texture of wet cardboard marinated in old motor oil and despair. The coating was either burnt to a crisp on one side or completely raw and slimy on the other. I bit into a piece and immediately regretted it – it tasted like they deep-fried it in the tears of their disappointed customers. The fries? Limp, cold, and soggy, like they’d been sitting under a heat lamp since the last ice age. The coleslaw looked like it had been regurgitated by someone who really hated cabbage. And don’t even get me started on the “gravy” – it was basically wallpaper paste with black specks in it. Service was an absolute joke. A young Indian server took my order but couldn’t even look me in the eye and mumbled the whole time. When I complained about the raw chicken, an old Indian guy manager came out, barely glanced at the food, shrugged, and told me in broken English that “this is how it is” while refusing any refund or replacement. Zero accountability from either of them. The restaurant itself was filthy. Sticky floors and tables that hadn’t been wiped down since last week. I spent £28.49 on this garbage and now I’m sitting at home with stomach cramps that feel like I’m being slowly eviscerated by tiny angry gremlins. Never again. KFC has officially lost a customer for life. I’d rather eat Petrol station sushi that’s been sitting in the sun for three days. Avoid this place. I Placed a big order I order Pepsi max and they gave me cherry max no cutlery no napkins i told them to give me leg part hot wings and got flat. Staff was not welcoming
