Very disappointing experience at KFC. I ordered a Zinger Ranch Rice Bowl but was given the Original Ranch Rice Bowl instead. When I took it back to the counter, the staff member didn’t seem to know the difference between the two items. I had to explain myself which sauce the Zinger Ranch Rice Bowl comes with before he finally understood the mistake. He took the bowl back and brought a replacement, but there was no apology, no acknowledgment of the error, and no effort to make things right. The whole interaction felt very robotic and indifferent, as if customer service didn’t matter at all. Mistakes can happen, but basic product knowledge and a simple “sorry” go a long way. Unfortunately, neither was present during this visit. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

So in 2022 i ordered £60 worth of food for 3 adults on (JUST EAT) for the order to arrive 1 hour 55 minutes past the estimated time frame given. Once it finally came I got a meal for ONE PERSON!! I called the store directly stating what had happened and what was given the lady on the other end was absolutely vile and rude at the time. After that experience I vowed never to order from KFC Horsham again. Fast forward to the 24th of June 26. The missus was craving KFC I thought after 4 years surely things would have approved at least. I ordered on (Deliveroo) a mini fillet meal with 1 piece chicken and myself the Zinger stacker meal with loaded fries. Tell me why the mini fillet meal was missing? Also cold not even warm just stone cold!! At this rate with the reviews I have read on here surely you have to acknowledge the fact that your P**s poor at your job. You can’t even read a simple order slip right in front off you which indicates how blind and pathetic your staff is that can’t even do the simple basics like reading a order in front off you furthermore what’s absolutely insane is the duplicate order with what customers have paid for is stuck on the KFC bag in big bold black letters before handing it to the driver which also indicates your staff need to go Specsavers or something because that’s actually shocking how you missed that I don’t know how or why you’re open because at this rate your going to shut down eventually. Meal type: Other Price per person: £30–40 Food: 1 Service: 1
