Went through the drive through. Wait ages at speaker to be served. Got to payment window and was told to wait. We waited and waited. No one came to the window. We tried shouting to someone who completely ignored us. We ended up beeping the horn. Someone came and we asked where our food was. He disappeared for a moment then came back but did not speak to us. It must have been at least half hour before we eventually received our order . On getting home things were missing! Won’t be going back! Staff need training!! This is no way to treat your customer s!! Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Ordered a bbq burger meal looked at all description and it said it only had bbq sauce, chicken fillet and hash brown, food came, after eating ended up in hospital due to mayo being on my burger as I am allergic Price per person: £10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Just sat in KFC after the cinema and the staff are shouting and laughing. One staff member was complaining about more orders coming in. It was very inappropriate when customers are sat waiting for food. To top it off my order was wrong and the chicken was not hot.
