the chips where cold the customer service was discussing. not gonna mention the hairs I found in our food not worth the money the food will probably make you ill
As for the food....we waited 11 mins for our meals, part of our order was sat on the side whilst they waited on more fries, this resulted in us eating cold chicken!
It was absolute chaos in here today, no leadership or organisation and certainly no pride in the brand, such a shame as KFC is known for being such a top place to eat! Seeing the servers bum crack as he leant across the hot counter almost put us off the food before we had ordered!
General feedback from other customers each side of us was just the same....We won’t be back! ☹️
